Only the earliest-registered account may be reinstated at bd343's sole discretion.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

- 3.1All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bonuses, and bonus expiry date will be stated clearly on the offer page at the time the bonus is claimed.

Attempting to claim a welcome bonus using a second account, a different payment method registered to the same person, or any other means to circumvent the one-per-player restriction constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent account closure.

Prohibited Conduct
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd343. Any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

- 5.4Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or the withdrawal process, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.
- 5.5Colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors or glitches in games, or engaging in any conduct that bd343 reasonably determines to be cheating, match-fixing, or an attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
Suspension and Disputes
6. Account Suspension, Termination and Dispute Resolution
bd343 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bd343 has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
- 6.1Account closures for breach of these Terms will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances. Real-money balances deposited by the player that are not proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity will be returned to the source payment method after investigation is complete and bd343 is satisfied no outstanding obligations exist.
- 6.2To raise a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, transaction, or any other platform decision, the player must contact bd343 support via live chat within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this 30-day window will not be considered.
- 6.3All disputes will be reviewed by bd343's internal compliance team, which will aim to issue a written decision within 10 business days of the dispute being logged. Where additional information is required from the player, the 10-day period will pause until that information is received.

bd343 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via the platform where possible. During unplanned downtime bd343 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable and will not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.
Amendments: bd343 may update these Terms at any time. The date shown in the Last Updated notice at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
